Luz the receptionist is wonderful. She helped with all my questions. A very cheerful person. All the staff I've interacted with have been great. This is the first dental care place ive gone to that didnt make me regret it. I look forward to continued care.

For the most part they did great. There were a lot of people in the waiting room and even though they were understaffed my husband was called pretty close to his appointment time. The issues were with the oral surgeon and whoever was with him, neither speak English very well and the accent was so thick that my husband wasn't able to communicate with them, nor did he feel heard. But for a medi-cal facility this is one of the better ones

The receptionist Luz deserves special recognition! She was patient, helpful, and genuinely caring. From the moment she answered the phone and got my dad in the following morning to pull a tooth. It’s clear she enjoys her job and values patients. Thank you for making my dad’s visit stress-free. We appreciate you so much!

I came in this morning after calling 2 seperate times the day before to confirm my appointment. Over the phone, both times, I explained it was for my wisdom teeth and was reassured my appointment was set and good. I show up and sit in the waiting room for over a hour and when I am pulled back for X-rays, I asked to confirm my insurance is set and ready. The lady goes back to the front desk to ask and the front desk lady has to call my insurance, which annoyed me because I had been sitting there for over a hour already while the front desk girls talked very loudly and openly about their dislike for certain patients and mocking people after they got off the phone/pretend choking themselves. I am very disappointed with my recent experience at your clinic. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I had to wait for more than two hours, and the doctor never showed up. My time is valuable, and this kind of delay without proper communication or updates is very frustrating. I would appreciate better scheduling, transparency, and respect for patients’ time in the future.
