Absolutely loved my experience with Yamel and Dr. Jhala! Yamel is one of the best dental assistants I could ask for, so kind, caring, and always checking in to make sure I was comfortable. She seriously makes you feel at ease the whole time. Dr. Jhala is just as amazing, friendly, caring, and always listens to you. She really knows what she’s doing! Such a great, positive vibe all around. If you’re nervous about the dentist, this is the team you want. Highly recommend

I had my wisdom teeth removed here. My appointment was for 11am and they did not see me until 4pm. I was told the wait could take 1-3 hours, which is already an insanely long wait. Not being seen until so late meant I had no food or water since the night before. That is a long time to go with out any water, especially while waiting in an office for a surgery. I had my partner there to drive me home after. They did not give me any post operative instructions and I was too out of it from anesthesia to ask. My partner asked for me at the office and they said they’d call in the morning. They never called me as they were closed the next two days. I should’ve been sent home with gauze to place on the removal site and given instructions to prevent dry socket and to take care of the extraction sit

This is the worst place you could ever go to. They are currently charging me for a braces treatment that I never agreed to, they deducted money from my account, and they've been calling me every day since September to collect the payment. I went to the office to speak with Mrs. Veronica and asked her to cancel the charge and submit a clarification stating that I never received the treatment. She told me she had already done so and that I wouldn't be charged anything (they had already deducted $360). Now they say my balance is $2300... which is a huge injustice and a complete rip-off! I went back to see Veronica, and she said that the clarification request she submitted had been rejected. But that's not my problem; I shouldn't have to pay for something I didn't receive, and this is causing

I was seen by Dr. Jhala and her assistant Yamel. They were both very friendly and attentive to my needs. Yamel was extra careful when taking my X-rays and kept checking up on me while waiting to be seen. I will definitely keep returning for my dental needs.

Normally, I don’t do reviews, but I have to on this one I want around October maybe late September anyway, I went in for to get my teeth clean end up buying the gel for gums, Which was $1000 anyway they’re supposed to call me the first time goes two weeks never called so I ended up calling. I had to wait once again the next week called again and they said they had the gel tube I guess and said I can come pick it up, but I had to come pick it up a couple days later I couldn’t come pick up that next day cause I had work and up giving it away to somebody else then top of that I had to wait another two weeks still nothing honestly I’ve been waiting for almost 3 months since December now so yeah I paid for my first two payments I don’t know what’s going on with this facility.
