Yesterday was my first time ever donating and I was nervous. But everyone there made is very easy and comfortable for me. From the woman checking me in, the guy that took my vitals(which my heart rate was a little high so they let me wait for 5 minutes and then rechecked it and I was good to go. Because it was my first time I got a physical exam and the RN was so nice and of course the technician was amazing.

I’ve been to different donation locations and honestly this one has been my favorite. I have a good attitude when I come in and understand the type of work you do, therefore I appreciate it. Every time I come in, the staff has never come short of being professionals, friendly and accommodating to our needs. Members such as Sana, Sahar, Brissa, Jocelyn, Fatima, and others, whose name I don’t know, always show great customer service and make the experience pleasant. Thank you BioLife Plasma Staff for all you do and keep up the good work !

I donated here Feb thru June '24. I started again this year in January. I really love the staff. Jericho is really good at what he does here.Karicia is amazing .Also, Romy is awesome. Thank you for being so great with us

As someone who has visited nearly all of the plasma donation centers in my local area I have to say without a doubt this is by far the absolute best. From the professionalism and courtesy shown to their clients to the cleanliness and available donation beds available no others compare. The ease of the whole donation process from check in, testing and plasma separation machines it is hardly a chore to donate. They pay you promptly and are clear about the donation amounts received with each donation plus they give you loyalty points which add up shortly to an extra cash bonus. I would highly recommend this company over any other in the San Diego are, oh and they also give nice referral bonuses as well for referring friends or family

I DO NOT recommend! They are slow and unprofessional. I was denied my visit because I was “late.” I was not late I was a new donor and had to be checked in my someone up front. The worker up front was soooo slow helping two ppl in front of me that I was standing in line, in the same spot for over 10 min. By the time he finally got to me he said my appointment had been canceled. Maybe if they had more help and weren’t so slow I would have been checked in on time instead of “late” because staff couldn’t attend to me for over ten minutes. I will NOT be back.
