Smile Burst Dentistry

I am new here. I went to go get a cleaning. I was waiting for a while just to get my cleaning. My x-rays did really hurt and they usually never do once I get my x-rays at a different dentist recently. I went to get Fillings fillings, I also had to get my x-rays done twice one by super nice staff and the other was really rough with me. She left the suction tube in my mouth for a while and I was waiting for to come back it took for but while I was waiting to get the numbing pain inside my cheeks overall that didn’t hurt as much because of the numbing pain it did hurt The next day, my mouth was a little sore, which was normal, but later on a few days later, my mouth had such bad pain, my teeth where they did my fillings , hurt extremely bad I couldn’t even chew my breath was extremely horribl

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. The dentist Dr. Cheng came into the room, didn’t introduce herself, starts digging in my mouth, says I need a deep cleaning and a fill in which will be 1100.00. She didn’t explain the procedure at all. She didn’t talk to me about my X-rays. She made me feel dehumanized. I said I didn’t have the money today so asked if I could just get a regular cleaning ,and they said no. It’s like they didn’t have a desire to help. Dr cheng never explained my X-rays or the health of my teeth. The staff was rude and short with me when I asked questions. I have a right to ask questions . It’s my health. It’s like all they cared about was taking my money. The girl who did my X-rays was new and not well trained. I work in the medical field so it

I went to the office yesterday because my front tooth to the gum and I needed an extraction. (Provider: Smile Burst 021008, Lemon Grove) They refused to extract my tooth because I would not give them $550.00 for Bone Marrow insertion. I asked them why did I have to pay them and I looked at the insurance benefits before arriving. The receptionist told me that I must have looked at the wrong code and that the doctor was finished with me. I still have a broken tooth in my mouth. I had the insurance call their office and the receptionist told them that it was their other office and she does not know what the charge was for.

Please don't ever go here. They take advantage of medi-cal patients because they know it's hard to find dental offices that accept it. When attempting to pull a tooth, they broke it in half and said the root was too hard to get out, they were an hour behind in patients, and she could either come back or go to an oral surgeon. I went to a different dental office and the rest of my tooth was pulled just fine. They said that dentist must've been in a hurry because it wasn't hard to do at all. I'm appalled at their behavior and professionalism.....

Sub-zero rating. This is a certified Health and Life Hazard dental office. The manager is hostile, unprofessional, typical low-class rip-off at expense of your teeth. There is no ethics. If you request dental records from a Grace Velasquez--aka: "fraud manager," you won't get them, nor a refund on your bill for $250.00 or more for breaking your teeth. This office is ripe for shut-down and mega lawsuits....pending. Read the signs, it is in Lemon Grove. When walk-in, it is more dead-quiet than a graveyard. Only new grad dentists work here to practice their lack of dentistry skills on your teeth. Don't be fooled it is listed as dentistry for Children and Family Dentistry. Run!!!
