Dr. Devakshani and her assistant Cristy were amazing, they moved slowly in my sensitive areas. I was able to get wonderful help from Jackie on figuring out how to get a night guard and they were all so accommodating. My teeth have been neglected for years and I feel so grateful for this team! Thank y’all and look forward to the next time

If I could give it negative stars I would. This location has been scamming people for years. I used to go when I was a teenager for braces, the dentist would never tighten anything, simply replace the band with the same size for about 2 years. I was fed up seeing my mom pay so much money for the dentist to have us waiting for an hour in the chair and looking at my teeth for 2 minutes just to say "everything looks good". I visited this location again years later in 2023 because my insurance from work had it listed and I had a terrible tooth ache I needed to be seen right away. The dentist looked at my teeth for 10 seconds! Saying I needed to remove my wisdom teeth, that was the cause of the problem. When the quoting manager explained the cost, she said all 4 of my wisdom teeth needed to be

I have been going to this office for long time for my cleaning and check ups. Dr. D and staff are great , very friendly and understanding, I can see they have been affected with lower number of people working there, I know that they have been running with just one nurse in the back and one person at the front. It’s impressing that they keep up with being very professional and delivering a great dental care yet. Thank you Escondido team. Highly recommended.

I was reading the reviews and I personally think most of the negative reviews came from people that did not even get to be seen for the reasons that need to be justified by the field professionals. I have experienced the real dental care in this office. I have been a long term patient with this western dental, going there for the last 4 years . Being always checked in on time. Dr.D helped me to get my smile back, everybody around me complementing the dentist work. I have been to other western dentals around, but I found this office very honest, the highest quality of patient care , friendly staff, and great dentist. I highly recommend Escondido western dental.

We drove out for a morning appointment for my 10 month old and waited 40 minutes, only to be told the dentist would not see her. My daughter has 8 teeth so I can assure you, guidelines state she is due for establishing dental care, regardless of age. There is no excuse for why this office couldn't have called us ahead of time and let us know this, as I made the appointment 4 days in advance. Also, I was assured that Dr. Elhussiny would be the dentist we would be seeing, only to be told he doesn't even work at this place anymore. I recommend to avoid this place and find another group your insurance will work with.
