I have found them to be professional, courteous, and caring. I’ve been a patient since 2019 when I moved to the area. They are often understaffed and that does occasionally lead to longer wait times but I can understand this. I’ve seen a few of the doctors and PA’s, and they always get me in if needed. All my appointments are thorough and considerate. My primary is Dr. Chang and I love her. She knows me, and remembers what’s happening with me. I’m grateful for her and the staff there. I’m sorry that others appear to have had bad experiences there, but I have only had good ones and wanted to balance the other reviews. I definitely recommend this practice.
Highly impersonal (rude) money motivated practice. You never see an actual doctor, just very inexperienced yet arrogant physicians assistants. They do not take the time to understand your medical history, they are poor listeners and apathetic. They do not listen to patients, they just dole out generic BS and send you home without adequate care telling you to “return in a few days if not feeling better”. Total scam to collect more copays from you and money from insurance. They have wasted my time and prolonged illness due to this unethical practice. Stay away from this place and find a real doctor…if they even exist anymore.
I have never had such consistency in bad everything with this office! I referred my parents to Dr. Chang and it has been bad since the first visit. No return calls, blood work that was done a month ago and not in the patient portal , calling to get results on blood work and being told they will call back in a couple of minutes , which never happens, being on hold for an average of 40 minutes each time! I give up on them! Finding a new doctor for them. Save yourself time, energy and frustration and go elsewhere!
Dont listen to these other reviews they are out of their minds! I have nothing but good experience here with all the front desk staff, nurses, doctors. They listen and get you the help you need. My prescriptions always sent on time also. Great medical practice.
Called this office because I received a voicemail meant for a different patient (I'm not a patient here, thank God). After being on hold for about 10 minutes, the receptionist who took my call was so rude! I was simply calling to let them know they had reached the wrong person and it was like I did something wrong. Good luck to anyone who goes to this practice.
