I had an excellent experience with Ruth. She was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit as a dad taking his baby to their apt for the first time. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and was very gentle during procedures. It's clear she truly care about her patients and took pride in her work. I really appreciated her kindness and attention to detail. she’s a great asset to the office!

I’ve been coming to this pediatrician’s office since I was a kid, and even though I haven’t been a patient since I turned 18, my younger brother still goes here — and the care has remained just as amazing as ever. I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Montiel. From the start, she pushed vaccines aggressively and used intimidation multiple times during our visits to pressure me into vaccinating my child. I questioned the need for the Hep-B shot at birth, and even she admitted that one wasn’t 100% necessary, yet the pressure never stopped. When I finally drew a firm line on the MMR, she told me my son could no longer be a patient at the office. These doctors are not vaccine experts, and parents absolutely should have a choice. The reason they push so hard is because the office gets incentivized by insurance companies based on vaccination rates, something I confirmed with another doctor who worked there. Doctor will deny to see a child for their health over beliefs… Not everyone should be forced onto what others believe in. We should respect one another, but shutting out a child? Where is the oath they take? They choose their career, either way just be aware. They truly do not care and will shut yours out too.
