West Side Pharmacy

I like this pharmacy because it never has a line and every time I have received my prescription promptly. That said, the prescriptions are all on shelves behind the counter in such a way that people’s names are fully visible to anyone checking out. This is a HIPAA violation.

After countless frustrating experiences with long wait times at CVS and Duane Reade, I decided it was time for a change—and switching to West Side Pharmacy has been the best decision ever! Their customer service is exceptional: efficient, responsive, and incredibly kind. Prescriptions are filled super quickly, saving so much time and hassle. Over the holidays, I traveled to Florida and needed a prescription transferred—West Side Pharmacy handled it seamlessly with zero stress. I couldn’t be happier with their outstanding service. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a truly top-notch pharmacy experience!

One time, I had to wait two minutes behind one person before picking up a prescription. I also have had to wait for two rings of the phone.

This pharmacy does not care about their customers. Every time I go in for my medication, which I need urgently for my health, it is not ready and they treat me rudely. I have also tried emailing for a refill with no response. I just tried calling for half an hour even though they are apparently open; no answer. I need my medication for my health and will from now on obtain it elsewhere. I do not recommend this pharmacy, they do not seem to care about their customers.

I went back to return a wall plug. First he inspects the plug for any damages. Then he inspects the receipt. Then he goes to consult his partner. Finally he comes to the register. He is stymied because the receipt is a week old. He tells me he only knows how to do credit card refunds of purchases from the same day! I say fine so give me $15 refund In cash. He says no, but can I come back later. I say no because I am leaving town. At this point he finally figures out how to do a refund. I just hope he doesn't "accidentally" double-charge me.
