My family and I have been a part of the Westside Family Dental for over 20 years. The impeccable care and service is unparalleled. My good friend and lovely gatekeeper, Ann, is such a treasure to the dental office. She has consistently been the pulse of maintaining efficiency in the office and managing our appointment calendar. The team of dentists, led by Dr. From, Dr. Nebel, and Dr. Amanda, bring decades of experience to Westside Family Dental which has provided dental care for 40 years. I love coming to west side dental. The staff is warm, authentic, kind, in tune with the patients’ needs and polite. They calm you down if you get stressed prior to a dentist visit. They work with you and put you on a payment plan when necessary. I love Doctor Daun ( regular dentist for cosmetic work) and Doctor Kim ( Ortho ). Anne and Liz welcome you with a sincere smile and true concern for your well being. Trust is very important as well as great dental results for me. I m able to find both at West Sode Dental. My 12 yr old son goes there and so do I. Best kept secret in the Upper West Side ❤️‍🩹🙏❤️

Ann at the front desk was incredibly sweet and helpful. I was having a lot of pain in my front teeth, and Dr. Doan really took her time explaining what work needed to be done. I appreciated that so much. They were both gentle and kind throughout the entire process. Dr. Doan constantly checked in to make sure I was okay and comfortable. Liz even gave me a squishy ball to help with my nerves, a sweet gesture that made such a difference. I will definitely be returning to see Dr. Doan again ❤️

They always take such great care of my boys from cleaning, X-ray to ortho from Dr. Amanda to Dr. Kim. If you need a caring patient dental space for your children, then this is the place to go. As an adult I am also seen here by Dr. Neville who takes her time to explain things and provided me with multiple options for my dental concerns. And I can’t forget Liz who’s assisted with the care of my children’s dental needs for over 5+ years and now glad that she is assisting in my dental care as well on the adult end. My children’s know her warm and friendly smile and would go with her willingly. She’s a true asset here. Ann at the front desk is the best too! She is accommodating, friendly, and helpful. And she gets things done!

Such amazing people at this office. The receptionist Ann though is next level amazing and kind. Ann is truly like none other. She will certainly take good care of you and make you feel welcomed. Everyone loves Ann! I’d highly recommend this dental office to anyone. Make sure to say Inez sent you and ask for the amazing Ann =)
