Our family is incredibly grateful for the care we have received at West Sacramento Pediatric Medical Group. Our infant son, Sahil, has been a patient here since March, when he was born, and from day one, every interaction has reinforced that we made the right choice. The entire staff is exceptional. I thought this was a good idea to transfer my kids to this place but the staff is rude “majority of the staff” they don’t know their rules, and respond rudely, don’t give information about vaccination call you mama with out even asking if your the mom. first appointment was fine but then the other two appointments went unsatisfied, had a appointment today a hour to check in and they call me the doctor didn’t come in since morning “am”call me I’m “pm.” canceling my appointment for my kids in the mid day last min they saying we need to cancel it for two kids when I was going to take my kids after school with a busy schedule ahead. I've been bringing my son here for years. Have always had a pleasant experience with the front desk staff, until today. The lady working the front, left side of the desk snapped back at me. My son and I had been waiting in the room for the doctor for 25 minutes when I got up and made sure they didn't forget about us. She preceded to tell me we arrived a half hour early to our appointment (which had no bearing on my question), instead of telling me the doctor was busy and would be with us shortly. We arrived at 1:50, got taken back at 2:20 (the actual appointment time) then had been waiting since 2:25 before I went and talked to her at 2:50. I've been bringing my children here since we moved to West Sacramento and we love it. The front desk is so helpful and kind, the nurses are always so sweet, and both doctors we have seen are amazing with the kiddos. My kids look forward to coming here.
