The staff at this facility were soooooo friendly. Smiles from the desk to the back rooms. Everyone was so nice, thorough, and surprisingly fast. Dr. Sandy was so kind and patient. She saw my son and me. She explained every move she made and answered every question that I asked (and I had plenty). lol. My son was a litttle nervous, but she was so sweet he opened up and relaxed. I love this office and would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Lastly, I must take time to shout out the front office coordinators!!!! They are awesome!!!! I have multiple children and appointments but they made the process a breeze and allowed me to group appointments together to avoid multiple trips!!! Busy day? No problem! They can definitely work with you! 10/10

Today Root canals, prep for crown. Dr. Mendoza is the best Dentist I’ve ever had, and I’ve been here for 5 decades, so that’s saying a lot. I had this procedure at another dentist about a year and a half ago. It was so painful. He did not check in. He got frustrated when I would ask him to pause for a minute. And he was very rough. Dr. Mendoza is so gentle. One of my many favorite things about him as he checks in to make sure that you’re OK and not in pain. He also tells you exactly what he’s doing each step. Today I had Angela and Marife. Both were very kind and nurturing. I also had the pleasure of meeting another front desk associate her name is Rose and she’s also very sweet. I had my wisdom tooth extracted, and five days later I was still experiencing severe pain. However, staff dismissed the urgency of my symptoms and refused to schedule an appointment until nine days later. As the pain continued to worsen over the next few days, I contacted the office again requesting to be evaluated, but my request was denied a second time. Due to the ongoing and escalating pain, I eventually went to the hospital. I was informed that the extraction site had become infected, and hospital staff discovered gauze that had been left lodged in the area. It took them only seconds to remove it. This situation could have been prevented had I been properly evaluated when I first reported severe pain, especially considering this office performed the original procedure and was respo

Dr.Mendoza was very patient & explained everything clearly , and checked on me throughout the procedure which made me feel less anxious & less scared. I appreciate all the staff while I was going through my treatment. I left feeling relieved & take care of!!! Very nice , highly recommend them

Love this location, everyone here is always so nice to me when I come in. Dr. Mendoza is awesome. I love that this place doesn’t judge you about your oral health. They make me feel comfortable every time, one of the receptionist is always so amazing. Jelly, I hope that’s her name is also so good at her job. I recommend this location and place to everyone and anyone who needs help with their dental needs. 10/10 and can’t wait for my next visit. This is my honest review of this place. When you don’t give people a hard time, you always get great experiences!
