Sacramento West Dental Office of Dr. Archana Wakode

Haven’t had the best experience here over the years.. the dr is good but the receptionists are very rude and hard to work with. I’m currently looking for a new dental office

Amazing place and just amazing people. i left a review before but i had to redo it. She fixed what other places screwed up and did extra. i started in november 2023 and my last visit was june 2024, had work done they are so nice in every way. please ignore the negative reviews, they are probably other dentist offices trying to make this place look bad.

The facility is a little rough around the edges, but the quality of care is amazing. It’s nice to feel like my dental health is the number one priority. Rather than pressuring me into buying a product or service, the folks here listen to my questions and concerns. Their approach makes it easy to plan a course of treatment and I cannot recommend them enough.

We all know going to the dentist just plainly sucks but if you don't go, your dental problems will get worse, so we all have learned to "suffer" through our appointments so our teeth don't fall out. When I moved to Sacramento I knew no one to give me any recommendations for a new dentist. I took a chance on Sacramento West Dental and Dr. Wakode because they were close to my residence, they took my insurance and when I called the first time I met their Receptionist, Hillary, and she "won" me over. On my first visit I felt welcomed and meeting Dr. Wakode I knew I made the right choice for my irritating dental issues. I love Dr. Wakode. She is so gentle and she is very kind. My grandkids love going to the dentist thanks to Dr. Wakode and staff!!
