West Orange Veterinary Hospital at Stoneybrook

I couldn’t be more pleased with the care that my my dog receives at West Orange veterinary. My dog Brodie was very sick last year to the point that I didn’t know if he was going to make it. I took him in as soon as they opened the Stony Brook office and Dr. Shrank was the doctor I saw and took care of Brodie. Since then, we’ve been seeing him and are so very pleased with his care. Brodie has diabetes and pancreatitis so we get seen very often. Yesterday Brodie had to have his glucose curve screening, which he is there all day long getting his blood checked for his diabetes. Daelynn was at the front desk annd Camille was the tech. They are always very pleasant whenever I go in there very sweet to Brodie. They take such great care of Brodie and never have to worry. We have been coming to Dr. Brown for our cats and dogs for over 5 years now. She and the staff at all of the locations are always professional and friendly. We trust Dr. Brown implicitly - she cares for our anxiety-prone animals with such tenderness and compassion and has referred us out to quality specialists when we have needed them. She takes her time with our animals and us, answering all of our questions. She also responds to messages when we have a question via email or app. The vet techs and office staff have all been so friendly and good with our animals too. Overall cannot recommend enough!

My Great Dane had a scary fall out of the car and I rushed to get her treated! She was met quickly, there wasn’t any worry in the staff and Doctors voice( made her feel much more comfortable and happy) and she was throughly craned without the thought of money or any other factor simply the wellbeing of my dog! I have saved this place in my phone and this is my go to from now on!

Everyone at West Orange Veterinary Hospital goes above and beyond to take excellent care of our dogs. Dr. Schrank treats us and our pups like members of the family. He always takes the time to listen to and address our concerns with patience and kindness. We highly recommend!

I was teary eyed when I arrived with Milo as I was so worried about him! The techs were terrific. Loved Dr. Brown. She was very compassionate and thorough with the details. Treatment plan so far has been successful. It’s only been two hours and he’s already greatly improved!
