Jackie is the BEST Dental Hygienist in the world!!!! She is a JOY to work with, extremely skillful and knowledgeable, kind, super well-informed on all things dental, and very communicative and supportive. She is my most important dental provider, even more so than my dentist. I depend on her to keep me aware of everything I need to do for my teeth, and she keeps me sane and positive about my teeth. She is the best hygienist I've ever worked with; if only you could clone her, so that every dental office could have a Jackie like her...I'm just glad I found her, here at WNDA!!! Thank you, Jackie!!

My experience at West Newton Dental has been excellent. From the dentists, to the front desk staff, to the hygienists they’ve all been friendly, helpful, and clear with communicating my treatment options, costs, etc. Both Dr. Epsteins followed up after each procedure I needed for a problematic tooth which I greatly appreciated (along with fixing the tooth of course). Highly recommend this dental practice.

I had tooth and head pain. I was referred by a friend to Dr. Lee and the font desk worked me in the day I called. Dr. Lee is terrific! I felt completely at ease. He is thorough, explains the issue and what he thought should be done. He also did a full exam and let me know one other area of decay that I scheduled to have him treat. Everyone I met from the front desk to the dental assistant were all terrific. I feel like high quality care for their patients, service and relationships is very important. They also use the latest technology and science. I could not be happier. I intend to have Dr. Lee continue to be my dentist. The whole office seems like a welcoming, safe place to come.

I went there for an emergency as I had tooth pain. The lady who did my X-ray was amazing! She was nice and friendly and made me felt very comfortable being a new patient to their practice. Then, I was seen by Dr. Lee. He was really great! He reviewed my X-ray and assess my teeth and what is needed . Then he proceed to explain why I am experiencing pain on that tooth and provided his assessment. He has a gentle voice and he just makes you feel comfortable. He is really great! Now, my criticism is regarding the receptionist. After my assessment with Dr. Lee and he prescribed me with antibiotics, we proceed to this young lady. I don’t recall her name but she has an attitude problem. We were reviewing the days to book my appointment for my cleaning and I told her some of my availability and s

I called West Newton Dental because I had toothed worked pain and needed to be seen. They worked me in the same day. Everyone I met from front office staff, dental assistant and Dr Lee were great. Dr Lee spent significant time working on my tooth, I had crown that had been done by a different dental clinic who I had only seen twice it was to high causing a constant headache and nausea. Dr Lee carefully made several adjustments, took X-rays and did a full exam. The whole experience was amazing I felt safe and confident. I feel like West Newton Dental is committed to quality dental service using latest technology and science.
