West Milford Pharmacy & Gift

This pharmacy has been my place to go for my meds for over 20 years. NEVER has there been a time that they have not had what I needed. On occasion they need to "owe" me meds but they always come the next day. Their gifts are unique & I can always count on finding something that will never be duplicated by someone else. Recently I moved an hour away. I will not change pharmacies because the service I get here is so reliable. I can"t imagine not seeing these smiling, welcoming, friendly faces every month.

This has been our pharmacy since we moved here and I'm so happy we switched from a big name pharmacy! They are so kind and beyond helpful. They respond to any concerns or questions promptly. For the last week, after fracturing my spine, the delivery person Peter has gone above and beyond and is AWESOME! He has saved the day a few times this past week for me and I'm so thankful 🙏 . Staff, employees, atmosphere etc. Small but nice clean and friendly spot to get your prescriptions gifts and some snacks while waiting your appointment. Better than most big stores and pharmacies, stop by and explore you will love it and will be back soon

We will be moving all our pharmacy business here. Have heard the good feedback but today experienced it for myself. An urgent prescription was back ordered from the nearby big chain pharmacy and they offered no help at all other than telling me I’d have to contact Doctor (easier said than done since it was the ER) or wait for medicine to come in. Went to WM pharmacy and everyone I talked to showed immediate empathy and willingness to help. Pharmacist personally called hospital and worked out a replacement prescription based on what they had available and made sense for me. All told was barely there 30 minutes and everything sorted. We will be moving our whole family’s pharmacy needs here.
