ShopRite Pharmacy of West Milford

I've been using Shoprite Pharmacy for years... at least 6 years. Prescriptions are always filled within the hour of receiving the prescription. For me, always on the go... this is the most important. Friendly service, and always able to answer my questions.

The Pharmacy at Shop Rite in West Milford is the best ever. Everyone is always polite and friendly. They’re always stocked with meds as opposed to W across the street (really really horrible).

After going home after a prescription pick-up, the saline spray that I was given appeared to be defected. When calling the pharmacy to inform them of this issue, the woman on the phone proceeded to tell me “it usually works” in a nasty tone instead of trying to be understanding and walk me through it. She informed me I can get a new one and in which after I said “ok,” she immediately hung up on me. When I went back, the male pharmacist proceeded to be helpful with informing me how to remove a safety guard for proper use, but the woman could have easily (and politely) walked me through the issue over the phone so that I didn’t have to drive back and forth. Basic manners and customer service can go a long way and I’ve never left a negative review prior to this.

Avoid shopping here if you can. Horrible excuse for store. Worst customer service. They always have at least 2 to 3 people by "self" check out doing nothing.

This is the best pharmacy I think I've ever been to. They truly care about you, they are quick and always willing to help. Everyone behind that counter is nice and professional. I highly recommend them.
