Complete Care at Milford Manor

My uncle has been a resident at Milford Manor for several months, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the care he receives. The staff consistently go above and beyond to make sure residents are comfortable, respected, and well cared for. My uncle Ed wants to especially thank to outstanding rehab team physical and occupational therapists wonderful Agnes , Mary, Lindsay, Micheala, fantastic therapists they will get you moving and get you back to health.. and all other therapists as well. Amazing nurses and CNA’s Megan, Juliet, Anissa - their compassion and dedication make such a difference in the residents’ lives.. Patricia V 9:23 AM (7 hours ago) Good Morning, I am writing to you to let you know how helpful and caring both Alison and Kamina were to my father when he became suddenly ill and needed to go to the hospital two weeks ago. Alison kept me informed and Kamina made sure that my father, Frank got to the hospital quickly. He was experiencing a GI Tract bleed and required 5 transfusions within a 24 hour period. My family is so grateful for the care and concern that Milford Manor staff has for our father. I wanted to highlight the excellent work that your staff is doing on a daily basis. My brother is a resident of Comfort Care at Milford Manor. It has been about 4 months now, and I couldn’t be any happier with his care! The staff is wonderful! I visit often and am never disappointed. One thing that really makes me smile is the way the staff engages in a kind and thoughtful manner with the residents!

Our family experience with this facility for elder care has been a positive one. The staff have ALL been friendly , kind, responsive, professional , caring , engaging and supportive for the patients and their family .The rooms are spacious, clean with large windows , sunlight and nice views of the outside , birds &trees which makes a positive difference in the healing process for the patients time there .

Carol and her daughter Katie are two of the CNAs my mother could ask for. They take such good care of her as do all the nurses. She is very happy at Milford Manor
