West Madison Urgent Care

had a great experience at this urgent care. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient from check-in to discharge. The provider was thorough, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made sure all my questions were answered. The facility was clean and well-organized, and I truly felt well cared for. I highly recommend this location for anyone needing prompt and quality medical attention.

I have now gone to this urgent care 3 times and I absolutely love it. It is one of the best urgent care experiences I’ve had. Dr. Khan has an excellent bedside manner with patients. He is quick to listen and very kind. I always get seen extremely quickly, which can’t be said about many urgent care walk-in appointments. If you are in the County Line general area of Madison, please check this place out for your urgent care needs. You will not be disappointed.

This place is a joke. I have been here 2 times within the last week. They FAILED to call in my steroid prescription. When I called back, the doctor said that I would need to come back and pay yet ANOTHER co-pay. This is due to them NOT having to same doctor at the establishment and she needs to “evaluate me”. This is beyond frustrating and considering this place is independently owned… it kind of seems like they are just trying to accumulate funds and visits for their business. The healthcare world is so saddening now days. I have spent over $150 on copays since 01/23 due to continuously being symptomatic. Then they want to try and make me pay ANOTHER $35 because of their mistake… a JOKE! save your time, because they also can’t even do labs in office.

We have always feel well taken care of with accurate diagnosis and short waiting time. We have liked so much that Dr. Kanh has become our family doctor.
