Every single staff member was really friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated their willingness to treat conservatively and transparently, as I'm less concerned about cosmetic dentistry than keeping things functional. Highly recommend!

Best dentistry in the country, much less Alabama. Joe fixed a problem filling that was done 20 years prior in the military, and fell out 3 times previously (last time it fell out I just left it that way for a decade, until it became an issue). Its been over 2 years wich is longer than any of the other fillings lasted, and still going strong. Also, they will offer suggestions on dental care, and have you make the decision. They give excellent educated recommendations for treatment. Nothing is forced, nothing is being sold ( I've had dentist try and sell me a whole new mouth). You choose your care. Just came here to say I’ve been dreading going to the dentist since I moved here last year because I hadn’t found anyone holistic like I was used to in NYC and with a new baby and my husbands work the thought of going an hour plus one way to TN seemed less than ideal. Update! Today I saw Autumn and Dr. Vicki at Pignataro Family Dentistry in Madison and was SO happy! Very kind, skilled and gentle. They were generous and supportive even when I requested no X-rays and fluoride. I will be back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great dentist closer than Franklin :))))

I had a great visit recently with a great dentist & hygienist/dental tech. The office staff was amazing. Professional, prompt, zero wait time. I was seen at my appointment time & got great care. Also completely covered by my TRICARE—good for veterans, like me & my wife. 5 stars. Great care.
