Complete Dental North Madison

I chose the North Madison office because of their 5 star rating and they accepted my insurance. This is the best dental office I have ever been to. All the staff are wonderful, especially Shelby and Dr. Cody Mimms. They were all so helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I did not need the more expensive procedure I went there for. Dr. Mimms explained the situation to me and did the less expensive procedure. He explained to me my future options and was very considerate of my situation and thoughts. I highly recommend this office, especially if you expect this high degree of professionalism.

I had a great experience at this dental office. The appointment ran on time with no waiting, and the facilities are modern and well-maintained. The cleaning was very thorough, and my gums felt a bit sensitive for a few hours afterward, but that’s because they really did a complete job. I was impressed by the dentist’s ability to spot potential issues just through visual examination, which shows real skill and experience. Overall, it’s a solid practice with attentive care, and I’d recommend them to others looking for quality dental work!

I’ve had three of my teeth treated at Complete Dental so far, and I haven’t had any issues at all. The office has a very calm and relaxing atmosphere, and the entire staff is extremely polite and friendly. The doctor really knows what he’s doing, and I’ve been very happy with my experience so far.

I had a great experience at Complete Dental in Madison on Hwy 72 from the moment I stepped in the office to my departure. Madison was an experienced hygienist with a great attitude, pleasant, professional, friendly, funny and very thorough. She did a wonderful job. My teeth look great! Thank you so much!
