Love this cozy, independent pharmacy and it's air conditioning! Lol. Plus the service is always great with my girl Brianna at the counter. All my maintenance meds are always ready on time and never a hassle or they get delivered if I'm not able to go in person. Definitely a good choice for ones own personal wellbeing as your choice for a personal pharmacy.that can serve you. Until you've experienced it for yourself for a few months then you can be the judge, but don't bash a business the first day coming in for something that happens at all pharmacies like doctors offices forgetting to send your refills and so on. Patience is always the order of the day in this life is all I'm saying.

I’ve been a loyal customer at West Lake Pharmacy in Neptune, NJ, for some time, but my experiences with the current woman pharmacist have been nothing short of frustrating. This is now the third time I’ve had an issue with her demeanor and lack of professionalism. When you walk into the pharmacy, she is never welcoming—no "hello," no acknowledgment, nothing. Most recently, I walked to the pharmacy in the cold while dealing with severe body aches due to lupus, urgently needing my medication. I had just activated my new Medicaid insurance through Horizon, confirmed that it was active as of December 1st, and was assured by Horizon that everything was in good standing. However, the pharmacist immediately claimed my insurance was terminated, refused to investigate further, and spoke to me in

Small store but pleasant and helpful staff. They didn't have exactly what I wanted, but they were able to offer me a suitable alternative. Very conveniently located. I would definitely patronize again!

Very disappointing with the current management. My prescription was called in I went there they had my antibiotics ready and said that was all. One month later a delivery man came to my address called my phone and said he had medicine to deliver. I told him it had not been to the doctor so it’s not mine. But it’s my name and date of birth. I sent it back. Then I decided to do see the pharmacist who confirmed its mi e and medication sitting there for one Month. I told him it’s totally UNACCEPTABLE I could have died one month ago if it was a serious nature. Just as they count call after one month and deliver WHY NIT REACH OUT TI PATIENTS TO INFORM THERE IS MEDICATION. The pharmacist said they have a number of meds not picked up. I can imagine so after such a unacceptable service. Sorry

Quite disappointing after my precriptions were electronically filled today!.Jay, the pharmacist had informed me when it would be conveinent for him, to pick up my scripts either July 4th or July 5th.Whenever day he chooses to be open!Either way clients will have past due scripts by that time! Hopefully, all of my scripts including including the one for my husband will be in .So therefore, I can pick them all up together next month!😞😔😭
