Hackensack Meridian Urgent Care with Behavioral Health - Neptune

Every time I need emergency evaluation of my health, I never think twice about going to this health care center in Neptune township. I found that Hackensack Meridian Urgent Care is better than emergency department of a hospital. The staff and doctors are very polite and smiling. The facilities are very clean and tidy. The last time I was there, the lady Physician Associate arrived in my assigned room in a couple of minutes only. Amazing!

Brought my child here today for behavioral health other physical symptoms not sure what to expect. We were taken in quickly and met with Lashonada the MA and explained why we were there. She not only was professional but i was taken aback by her extreme care and compassion for my son and our situation. She helped make a not great situation a warm, caring and safe environment to seek treatment. I felt immediately relieved we would get help and compassionate care. Lashonda met and far exceeded my expectations today, her calm nurturing demeanor helped calm both my son and I. She deserves this recognition as a true professional who has compassion and goes above and beyond. All other staff and treatment was prompt, professional and compassionate as well. I brought my granddaughter to this office today, and the staff could not have been nicer. I was greeted by Courtney K. And Peter P., They were just the kindest and most helpful individuals that I have ever met In an urgent care facility. We were fortunate to get Dr Anna Woolfolk, She was so kind to my granddaughter. This was such a good experience and I would recommend this facility to everyone!!

I have always had a thorough exam, until yesterday. Went in with acute throat/ear pain following a 2 week cold. No tests for flu, covid or strep were done. No gloves or masks were worn by anyone, except the woman at the front desk wore a mask. The doc touched my nose, neck, looked in my mouth and listened to my lungs with maybe a quick swipe of a hand sanitizer, which by the way does nothing. Prescribed an antibiotic prescription for an upper respiratory infection. Woke up this morning with vomiting and diarrhea. Not sure I'll go back to this location.

No good. They force treatments and shots on patients. Don’t fix something not broken or cause a person to deal with side effects to require your care
