Consistently horrible billing process. The office made me feel like someone who doesn't pay my bills. I picked up my orthotics and the office woman told me I needed to pay $300 on the spot or I would have to leave without the orthotics. I was not told or was prepared to pay the $300 that day but she didn't care. I have had a credit score of over 800 for 40 years. Terrible way to treat a patient. Ironically enough, I just received a bill for this $300 WHICH I HAVE ALREADY PAID!!!

I recently visited Dr. Sussman’s office and had a fantastic experience. The staff was welcoming and efficient, making sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout my visit. Dr. Sussman is knowledgeable, attentive, and truly takes the time to listen and address all concerns. It’s clear that patient care is a priority in this practice. The office environment is clean and organized, creating a calming atmosphere. I highly recommend Dr. Sussman and his team for anyone looking for compassionate and professional medical care!

Dr Sussman was absolutely wonderful! His mannerism is great. He made me feel so comfortable and I loved how he sang and danced while taking care of me . I would highly recommend him and his office .I would give him 10 stars if I was able to.

Dr. Robert Sussman and Dr. Joseph Sussman are incredible. Not only have they taken great care of my health, they are lovely to speak with at every appointment. It is a rarity to find doctors that combine knowledge, kindness, and proper bedside manner for patients. The office staff also deserves to be commended for their professionalism and compassion. I came to Sussman foot and ankle because a trusted client recommended this office after two previous bad experiences with podatrists. This office is so caring, professional, and frie friendly. They were very accommodating when I explained my complicated health profile which includes learning difficulties. I was always always treated with respect and like I was a person by everyone at this office. Dr. Sussman explained everything from the cause of my foit dysfunction, to the first steps of the process of taking care of it. He made sure I understood what he was saying. Golden explained everything to me while she took x-rays and gave me arch supports. 10 out 10 would recommend!
