Disgusting!!!! There was a smell in the air of dirty person no matter where I was, the new masks seem reused and placed back in the box, I went through several boxes trying to find a new one and they all looked used and ALL of them had been bent in the nose area and all wrinkled and smelled bad as well. Never going to any Baptist location ever again. They are expensive and became a pigsty as of late. I have no words. Devastated!!!!!!!

I went today at 1105 for my 11:20 appointment but I was told that it was cancelled cuz I’m late for 30 minutes for the 10:40 appointment. I told the person I spoke to that my appointment is 11:20 and I even showed him the confirmation on my text messages as well as the text message yesterday to register on line for the 11:20 appointment. But he told me that my appointment was moved to 10:40 but unable to reach me. I told him that why did my schedule was changed if you didn’t able to reach me. And on top of that I called yesterday to confirm my schedule for 11:20. And the answer is because they can’t reach me to inform me that my schedule was moved to 10:40 which I told him that that is not right, you cannot changed someone schedule if you didn’t able to speak to the person concern. The hospital is great and mainly Juana, she's so kind and very good on her duty.

Best hospital around. Drove right past 2 other hospitals to get here.
