They're scammers. Best to avoid. Also, avoid St. Joseph Medical Center, who send bills to these guys. If you ever do any radiology work there, you will get a bill from a collections agency a couple months later. I never got a bill directly from West Houston, nor from St. Joseph. Also, I find it interesting how hilariously fake the positive reviews are. They're trying to pump up that number real hard.

Each invoice is impossable to corralate with the insurance EOB. After all payments made they still turned over $18. to a collection agency that damaged my personal credit rating. Awfull company to deal with. I would avoid using them at all costs. All they want is money with no regard for the patient.

Their billing dept. is a joke.!!!!! They ripped my husband off after offering a discount, but yet they made him pay the full amt. It was all documented and yet they cant refund him the difference. Wow is this how you treat all ur pts?? Great patient care.... sticking it to ur pts. Every which way!!!

Received bill one year later from date of service, because they billed it wrong to insurance company. They were called by insurance company for corrected billing, but they never corrected it and turned it over to collection agency.

They do not have very good billing procedures. We never received a bill from them but we received the past due notice from a debt collector. This is a major issue with me.
