I saw an ad on Instagram about this company. I signed up and someone quickly reached out to get me scheduled. I just left my appointment, my specialist was Tim. Everything was amazing! I walked in with limited range of motion in certain areas and my specialist focused on those areas. I feel so amazing now! I will definitely be back Naudia Mayo

Tim took really great care of me! As it was my first time getting stretched..He explained the process, we started the stretches and moved to the table area. Great communication throughout the process and explaining what muscles should feel the stretching. I will definitely consider joining to keep everything flexible and moving.

Luis was amazing. He Took his time to find my specific needs and address them with a tailored stretch routine. Most importantly, he made sure not to cause pain. After my session, I felt completely relaxed, Possibly more relaxed than after a massage.

I love this place. Been going about 11 months now. Kirsten is amazing!! Makes me feel so comfortable and stretches me out. Helps with soreness, stiffness, aches and pain. Overall helps with mobility and flexibility. I would highly recommend this place.
