Throughout my life, I’ve had a difficult relationship with dentists, both as a child and as an adult. However, I must express my heartfelt gratitude for the incredible patience and kindness shown by the staff and dentist here. I struggle with severe anxiety, and they truly went above and beyond, constantly checking in to ensure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. They also took the time to thoroughly explain the entire plan to me. I wholeheartedly recommend this place—10/10, it’s the best experience I’ve ever had!

My whole family has been patients at Universal Smiles for almost 10 years, and they’ve always given us the best care. Our dentists and the assistants are super knowledgeable and honest, and they never push unnecessary treatments. The staff feels like family, and every visit is a positive experience. We can’t imagine going anywhere else for our dental needs. It’s so refreshing to be treated with such kindness and empathy. I highly recommend this office!

Excellent work and staff here. Went in for a simple cleaning and had a filling replaced. When checking out, I asked about bleaching and they were able to squeeze me in right then to have my trays made. Fast forward 1 month to my final bleaching and they look fantastic! Madeline did a great job, was very attentive and kept me entertained through the whole process (1 hour). Highly recommend this place.

Best dentist experience. Skilled team, great and friendly people. Best in class service. Never felt pressured to spend more on unnecessary stuff. They have done an excellent job on all of my dental needs.

The team is incredible! Most dental offices (that I've been to) feel stuffy or the team is going through the motions. This was very different! The team was joking, laughing, and enjoying the patients! The doctor was extremely extremely calming and relatable.
