Disappointing Experience with My Dentist's Reception Veronica I have been a loyal patient at this dental practice for over 11 years, but unfortunately, I recently had a disappointing experience with the receptionist Veronica that compelled me to share my thoughts. Firstly, I was charged an unauthorized amount on my debit card, which caused financial strain for me. This has been my family dentist for many years. I have always been happy with any work done here. The dentist is really nice and patient, which makes me feel more comfortable about going. I appreciate them and all they do.
