We went in today for a BASIC procedure and let me tell you they knew nothing and did nothing. They made my ears worse and now I am having trouble hearing. The nurse practitioner, her name is Audrey Smith was way below unprofessional and beyond inexperienced. I am shocked that they hired her in the first place. She did not know anything and continued speaking to herself as if she was learning on how to do the procedure on myself, meaning she was doing training at my expense. When I asked them why they didn’t use the machine that they normally use, they didn’t even have an answer! Who does such a thing?
