West End Pediatrics

Dr. DiMaggio was our pediatrician at a different practice, and we’re returning to her even though her new location isn’t the most convenient for us. We loved Dr. DiMaggio—she is knowledgeable, experienced, caring, and thorough. I can’t think of qualities more important in a pediatrician. For example, she diagnosed my child with a condition that no other pediatrician had detected, which was later clearly confirmed by imaging. I can’t recommend Dr. DiMaggio highly enough. P.S. She is also a preeminent authority on feeding and nutrition, having written a book on the subject—and what parent doesn’t need advice on feeding their children? P.P.S. I only had one touchpoint with West End Pediatrics, but it was incredibly thoughtful and prompt. I was truly impressed by the speed of their response

We have had a great experience here - the doctors are all excellent and personal affiliation with Columbia is great since that is the best, most extensive children’s hospitals in the area. They truly care and are thorough when need help. It’s expensive but worth it.

I love this place! It is so great to have a happy, warm environment to take my sick kid in the city. The doctors are so responsive, knowledgeable, and kind.

Incompetent staff and overall lack of organization. Had been waiting for immunization chart for over week and half, despite being promised that the information will be provided within a week. Had been calling daily and they still were unable to give the information necessary for the child to go to camp. Now because of the lack of information she won't be able to attend summer camp...untrustworthy and incompetent

I love this place! The doctors are very friendly and there are lots of toys for little kids to play with. Even if you don't make an appointment before hand, you don't wait more then 30 minutes. I definitely recommend taking your children here
