Huge compliments and one complaint. The staff at West End Dental is amazing. Kind and helpful and prompt. Dr. Klein is one of the best dentists we’ve ever had. Easy to talk with, friendly, never “in a rush.” And does great work. My complaint is the new owners have changed what insurance they accept and now my husband and several friends cannot see Dr. Klein because of that. Years long relationships with a health care provider are important to business and FUTURE business (everyone I know - including me - was a REFERRAL to Dr. Klein). If the new owner had any sense they’d reconsider this choice.

Like others on here, I am was a victim of the bait-and-switch by the man at the front desk. As a customer of 10 years, I went in for a routine cleaning December 2025. I was informed during check-in, not before, that they were purchased by a new company and no longer accepting my insurance. I then said I’d cancel, to which the man replied, “this one is on the house.” As a customer of 10 years, I didn’t think twice. Fast forward one month, I received a bill for $300 in the mail January 2026. Extremely upset, I called them questioning why I received the bill and why my insurance was billed if it was “on the house?” The billing woman immediately transferred me to the man at the desk, for this was obviously not the first case of this. He then said, “I might have said that”, but offered no reso

The Fine team at West End Dental are always professional and friendly. And you can always count on them to send plenty of reminders so that you don’t forget your appointment. As a bonus, they are located near a major Metro line.

Both the hygienist and doctor are very personable and professional. The staff is also friendly. There was hardly any wait time. The only down side would be that the waiting room is so small and needs renovating, but that doesn’t stop me from recommending this practice.

The attention, care and detail that my son Jack receives from the hygienist Jane, is extraordinary. We are so appreciative that you have such outstanding staff at your practice!
