Great staff at the office! They operate very efficiently presenting a friendly and professional atmosphere. They value your time and minimize any waiting to take care of the patient's needs. The guest wifi is nice to have even if it is for only for a few minutes.

West Derm is amazing. Found a spot that looked suspicious got me in two days later came back as the big M (melanoma) had apt 2 weeks later to get it removed with margins. Amazing team. Only complaint would be their office runs like 45 mins slow if your apt is at 1pm don’t expect to be seen by Dr. till 1:45 or 2pm but they do great work.

Dr. Gardener is amazing and has a staff that are welcoming, accomodating and punctual. I have the most confidence in my doctor and have even gotten in to see her for what I was concerned as a serious matter. If you want top rated services, Western Dermatology is highly recommended.

First time I have ever seen a doctor within 10 minutes of appointment time. Everyone was very nice and made me feel comfortable. Only negative was the on line check in. Too many unnecessary questions.

I thought it odd that I would receive a review request before my first appointment to the SLO West Dermatology location but, I am inclined to review my experience thus far. Hopefully I can update this 2 Star review after my appointment/ MOHS procedure this coming Monday. I never received a call from the SLO location to confirm my procedure appointment. My internal timer was ticking and as the day grew nearer and I still had received no call, no email, no instruction etc, I called them. The young lady I spoke with (front office) was very kind and listened to my concern and questions. She told me I should have received a call with instructions to pick up a specific wash I needed to use but she was going to patch my call to the back office MA to provide me the instruction I required for this
