This was a very good experience. They got me in quickly as my situation was somewhat urgent. The testing was thorough and the referral to an ENT was handled superbly, quickly and with fantastic responsiveness. I couldn't be happier - a model medical provider.

Dr. Kennard has a great "bedside manner". He listens very well and takes his time explaining his approach and plan for you. The only reason this is 4 stars instead of 5 is that it took over a month to get an evaluation meeting, and once that occurred, another 4 months to get a hearing test! For me, this isn't the service I expected. I guess this is the status of our health care system where Dr.'s are overworked, but nonetheless this is frustrating.

Ryan Kennard is both an excellent audiologist and communicator. He had a thorough understanding of my rather unique auditory anatomy and took the time required to fully explain all tests and their results.

Dr. Kennard is exceptional. He explains everything and is thorough as well as compassionate. Highly recommend him.
