Jahara is a true gem. I only wish I lived closer to her practice. I attended a yoga and myofascial release retreat led by Jahara. Not only is she an intuitive and skilled yoga teacher and body worker, she's a warm and knowledgeable facilitator and all-around fascinating person. She created a safe and open environment for both connection and self-reflection.

Experiencing Jahara’s “Yoga and Myofacial Release” 3 hour workshop was such a delicious treat for my mind & body. My husband made it a date and being guided by Jahara’s expertise allowed for us both to fully drop in and receive the benefits of her gentle and intentional offerings. I really appreciated the way in which she wove together Internal Family Systems, her deep understanding of anatomy, restorative yoga, and occupational therapy all backed by a calming playlist and her warm direction. I left feeling educated, relaxed, and connected!

Jahara was our myofascial yoga teacher at a retreat and I can’t recommend her highly enough. She was so present, kind, attentive and extremely knowledgeable. Her yoga classes were the first ones I’ve taken that felt just the right speed and level for me. She also has an abundance of knowledge about the body itself and different forms of movement. I only wish I lived closer so I could benefit from her teachings all the time!

Have done two retreats with Jahara and one treatment. Not only is she incredibly skilled in yoga and myocardial release, but she clearly lives and breathes it. She brings joyful presence that brings and ease sense of peace and relaxation. Would recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about Jahara! Her calm, supportive presence creates such a safe space to heal. She is exceptionally intuitive and pays close attention to what you say...and is able to sift through to help clarify when needed. Working with Jahara and myofascial release therapy has helped me immensely to heal physical discomfort and clear a lot of stored emotions. Jahara's skill and support is invaluable and I recommend her wholeheartedly and enthusiastically.
