West Covina Dental Group and Orthodontics

I'm a new patient at West Covina Dental from the moment I called I was taken care of. I had a last minute change in sxhedule and they accomodated me. Dr. Zak texted me before my visit to welcome me and ask if there were concerns. During my visit he was very thoughtful and thorough when explaing my treatment. Tom my dental hygienist was excellent. He made me feel so comfotable and he also took the time to answer questions and explain the procedure. I felt well taken care of here. Great experience overall!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ By far the best dental experience I’ve had in years! In the past, I’d go wherever was convenient, but I won’t be doing that anymore. I came in with severe pain after a procedure done at another office earlier this month, and they helped me so quickly in assessing what was going on. Dr. Zack was incredibly welcoming and genuinely cared about what I was experiencing. He reassured me that their main goal was to get me out of pain and they did just that. I had a deep cleaning done by Faline, who was amazing! She explained every step in detail, which made the whole process so much smoother and easier to get through. In the end, I needed a root canal and two crowns, and the fact that they were able to make and place the crowns the same day was unbelievable. Maria was also wonderful

My experience was very satisfying. Tom the hygienist was very friendly also very professional and really took his time to explain what was needed to be done also showed me correct way to take care of my teeth. Dr Zax is a down to earth dentist who also very helpful and professional but treats like he know you forever Also good taking your mind off the procedure you will be getting. Charlotte the dental assistant very helpful polite and friendly. I really appreciate all there kindness. I recommend this place to anyone. You won't regret it.

I just went in for a deep cleaning and I always get really nervous before dental appointments. I had such a great experience with Maria, RDH. She was incredibly friendly and communicated with me throughout the entire appointment, which made such a difference. She explained what she was doing, checked in often, and made the whole experience feel smooth and comfortable. I was honestly at ease because of her calm and caring approach. I truly appreciate dental professionals like her, especially because going to the dentist can already feel overwhelming for some people. Highly recommend!

If anybody here is having a hard time finding a reliable, efficient, fast, economic and very professional location where they can take care of your dental needs…. Look no more ladies and gentlemen, you are just seconds away to make your problems disappear by giving them a call, set up an appointment on the spot and go visit them, what are you gonna be treated, well, if I’m writing this review while I’m supposed to be resting is because I can’t describe the happiness and excitement for all the help they’ve done for me today, I was looking many places where they can help me and all of them treated me very professionally and compassionately, thank you all for this blessing, please come here, there’s no other place like this anywhere 🙏 God bless you guys and happy thanks giving 🫶🏻
