To all the people complaining about the staff on the reviews, be more grateful, the prices are reasonably and more than likely your insurance covers most, your kids are going to cry and scream, it's normal, it's a dentist not Disneyland and it's annoying for the staff and customers. Letty is always kind to me, Miss Mo is very patient and transparent. I'm very grateful for them. 💯🙏🫶

I had one of the worst dental experiences of my life here. I only came in for a cleaning, but the entire experience was uncomfortable and honestly traumatizing. The person who cleaned my teeth was extremely rough and not kind at all. I had literal tears streaming down my face during the cleaning—it was that painful. I tried my best to stay strong, but I felt scared the entire time. On top of that, they didn’t even brush my teeth after the cleaning, which felt rushed and incomplete. The energy in the office was cold and unwelcoming. I will not be coming back and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values compassion and quality care.

What a nightmare! My special needs son went in for a root canal 4 months ago ( still not done ) and Dr told us we'd still have 10 more visits to complete due to the fact he only has 5 minutes for each patient, in my opinion they are scamming insurance companies, they were very arrogant and rude also..

EDIT: I really don't understand the negative reviews...especially about Letty. I have nothing but positive experiences with them. Thank you West Covina Dental Care for taking care of me!!! Yesterday was my first appointment. From the second I walked in I was greeted warmly by the receptionist. The office was clean and very nice. I had x-rays and a tooth extraction. The dentist was AMAZING and so was the admin staff who spoke with me about the work I needed done. They are bilingual so I got to practice my Spanish which was really fun. I have found my dental home!!! Angela Margolis

Is terrible services my daughter needs a tooth extraction and they said they can do it But they experienced to my daughter was terrible she felt everything at the moment of the extraction and her tears was out of the pain and the dentist doesn’t care he continue and doesn’t put more anesthesia for the pain she get out crying because of the pain. And they don’t care.
