Do not go here… First visit had my annual x-rays and exam. Was unhappy and did not feel comfortable, chose not to go forward with a cleaning or any other procedures recommended. Now, my x-rays that Are only paid for by my insurance once you are being held hostage for $25. Even if they send it via email $25. Ridiculous. I will not be paying $25, I will not be going back. My family of four will not be going back and I am in the process of submitting a grievance with my dental insurance.

I spent approximately 5 weeks trying to get my wisdom teeth pulled. The only appointment that went smoothly was the first one. The very first appointment they told me I needed my wisdom teeth pulled. They scheduled it for the following Wednesday. I get there and there’s no appointment for my wisdom teeth to get taken care of. They schedule it for the following Wednesday. I get there they tell me the Doctor that’s scheduled doesn’t do the kind of extractions that I require. So they schedule me with a different Doctor on the following Thursday… I get there and THAT Doctor doesn’t do extractions needed for me. So they schedule me with another Doctor at one of their nearby offices in Rancho Cucamonga. I get there and the Doctor that’s supposed to do my extraction is on vacation until October.

I had an excellent visit at West Coast Dental! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which instantly put me at ease. They provided a clear, detailed overview of my dental health and explained the treatment options available in a way that was both informative and reassuring. The atmosphere in the office is immaculate and inviting, making it a pleasant experience from start to finish. I truly appreciated the thoroughness and care taken to ensure I understood my current dental condition and the steps I could take to maintain or improve it. If you’re looking for a dental office that combines professionalism, cleanliness, and a caring approach, I highly recommend West Coast Dental. I’ll definitely be returning for future appointments!

It's been a few years since going to the dentist so I was nervous but the staff at West Coast Dental were understanding and accommodating to me and my son. We were able to make an appointment and be seen in the same day. The staff communicated every step and reason as we went through the process. They were patient with my son and even gave him a balloon animal. We're so grateful to have found a great dental office.

Very beautiful and clean office. Dr. June and the entire West Coast Dental staff was absolutely amazing! They made my children feel so comfortable during their appointment, even though they were quite nervous. They explained everything clearly and took the time to answer all my questions.
