Happy Hippo Children's Dental & Orthodontics of Ontario

My mom sent me an Instagram ad for Happy Hippo and I was excited because it looked like a great modern spot for my one year old’s first dental visit. I wanted something fun with toys and TVs so he wouldn't be scared. The reality of this Ontario location on Mountain Ave was nothing like the ad. Everything started off messy with scheduling. I was told they take Medi-Cal but then my 1 PM appointment was suddenly clashing with the doctor's lunch. I moved it to 11:30 AM but then an hour later they called me again asking if I could make it to the same 11:30 AM slot I just agreed to. When we finally got there today Feb 5th the building looked old and had dirty sunburn marks from the previous business's sign. Inside there were no toys or TVs for the kids.
