Britney took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all of my questions, and make sure I understood my treatment plan. Her expertise and attention to detail are truly unmatched. What I appreciate most is how thoughtfully Britney approaches every concern—never rushed, always patient, and consistently going above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and confident. The the warm and friendly atmosphere that the staff provide is truly refreshing. Dr. Britney has so much passion and love for what she does. I am a business owner and clearly understand the "VALUE" of customer service that is truly from the heart. She is intelligent and a true professional. I felt very safe to ask questions and she answered with concern and interest. I just love places and business where you just feel valued.

Let’s first start off with The Dermbar itself! So beautiful when you walk in you literally feel like you’re stepping into Restoration Hardware, the decor is beautifully done and super inviting. The waiting area is spacious and they offer some beverages while you wait which is a nice touch. Next, Brittney! My girl! She is amazing always so kind and willing to listen and find a solution to all your needs. I started doing Resurfx laser treatment with her and she was one of the few providers that could understand my skin profile (I’m not super light and not super dark somewhere in the middle) which is difficult for some providers to provide safe care with lasers. I went to the health fair at the Gibson Senior Center, Upland on Oct 3rd. It was there that I spoke with a young lady named Jessica , who was representing her place of business, The Dermbar. I had some questions because I had starting researching dermatologists for a minor issue. She had a wonderful attitude and demeanor and I was impressed at how she handled herself. As it turns out, I decided to make an appointment at The Dermbar based on my interaction with Jessica. Jessica and another young lady named Marlene were working the front office when I went for my appointment. Marlene was very much like Jessica; friendly, helpful and professional. I was then seen by PA Britney Kaufman. She was absolutely the best. She immediately made me feel at ease with her friendly demeanor and disposition

The DermBar was such an amazing experience. I haven’t felt a medical facility treat me like a human being in so long I was taken aback. The entire staff was welcoming and accommodating. Dr. Britney was a powerhouse of information and experience and made me feel welcome. No question I asked was shunned and I learned so much about my moles and different issues that I have had with my skin for years that I stopped asking other doctors because they always dismissed my concerns.
