Went there (because they're so good) to buy husband gift certificate for his birthday. Sign on door, they're busy with clients (door locked, no receptionist) so to make appt. or buy cert. call # & leave message. I called, left message, never heard from them. Makes me wonder how many others have experienced same. Too bad too, my experience (long time ago) was excellent. Sometimes "change" just doesn't work for everyone.
