I had a dental emergency & was seen right away. Dental assistant, Morgan, was not only sympathetic to my issue but showed so much kindness & compassion. She professionally conducted x-rays, consulted with Dr Ashton, & we developed a plan to fix my tooth. Morgan made the whole process not only easy but stress-free with her quirky humor & smile. She's a keeper in my book & I will request her for all appointments going forward. Thanks girl!

I had put off dental care because of traumatic experiences I had in the past with my dentist but I promised my husband I would go this year so I began my search. Carolina pines had great reviews and they had appointments that worked with my schedule (their first appointment is at 7:30) so I booked. I also liked that they offer a wide variety of services, including emergencies. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt like everyone cared about me, I wasn’t just a patient. The receptionist was nice and answered all of my questions. The dental hygienists, heather and Brooke, were so kind, patient, and caring. My two year old son had his first appointment today with Carolina Pines and Brooke was his hygienist. It was a great experience. Brooke was incredibly professional, kind and patient with my son. He did not sit still very well, but she made it work. Very thankful for the experience, and we will be returning. Thanks!

New patient and am very impressed with this practice. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and most importantly, caring. Catherine is phenomenal. She took the time to explain everything she was going to do, made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit, listened to my concerns and answered every question. It has been three years since my last dental visit, and I had an excellent experience at your office. Katherine was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel incredibly comfortable. She has such gentle hands that I actually started to drift off during my cleaning, which is rare when having your teeth worked on. I was also pleased that I didn't require much additional work. When Shane came in for the exam, we were able to efficiently work out a plan for my follow-up care. I have lived in several states, and this is truly the best dental office I have visited.
