Pinnacle Urgent Care

I had a great experience at urgent care today. The lady working the front desk was very nice and informative. She explained from the start how much I would pay out of pocket and what the tests would cost. She was also fun to talk to while I waited. When I went to the back, both ladies I saw were also very nice and also explained the costs about tests. When I left, they gave me a coupon for the meds I needed to pick up. I was in and out within 45m and when you dont feel well, quick visits are a helpful. Thank you ladies for a great experience.

Really friendly staff very helpful. It made me feel real comfortable. Would enjoy if I was able to make them my primary doctor's office. I have learned that most of these doctors have no bedside manners but here I felt at ease.

Place was pretty great. Fabulous staff I was able to set an appt from 20 minutes away and show up to get xrays pretty much right when I arrived, super friendly and efficient they were able to get me on my way. I should have asked about a billing portal or how to receive my records but I was ready to get home and rest. Would recommend to anyone needing to get urgent care especially in need of an xray

I have visited this urgent care 3 times between myself and my daughter and the team is always so nice. They get you in and they listen and evaluate properly and there's no long waiting. Ill always come back to Pinnacle!

This urgent care is the best around. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I love that they have the online wait times and get in line choice. It's easier to get in here than at my child's primary office when she's sick. Thank you to all of the staff. We actually visited today with a fractured foot.
