I chose this pediatrician for my newborn 5 months ago under a recommendation. I really liked the doctor she was seeing at first, and then when I informed him we were not vaccinating her at this time, his entire demeanor changed. He also brought up politics(which is extremely unprofessional) and basically tried bullying us into vaccinating her. I switched pediatricians and have been very happy with the new office. I also am aware that everyone’s insurance is different, but my daughter only had 3 visits there and to even be seen you have to pay a $250 deposit in the case your insurance won’t cover the visit. I got a bill in the mail from them recently. I have no idea how 3 visits totals to more than that with our insurance, as we normally have a $5 copay at any other doctor, and her new pedi

I’ve only been there once, and I am so close to considering a switch! How are they still in business if they NEVER answer their phones??? I am a full time working mom of four and do not have the time for calling 4-5 daily just to try and make an appointment! This is absolutely ridiculous. Still trying… hopefully I can get my son seen before he no longer needs a pediatrician! 🙄🤦🏽‍♀️ STRONGLY consider this when choosing as your child’s doctor!! I’m wondering, are they even still open and seeing patients???

I can't recommend this pediatric office enough! Nurse Practitioner Kelly and Tracey have been absolute blessings to our family. Kelly's expertise, compassion, and warmth have made our daughters feel comfortable and cared for from day one. Tracey is kind, friendly, and professional and truly cares!. The entire office has consistently provided top-notch care, respect, and understanding. What sets this office apart is the genuine concern and attention they show. This is an excellent practice where all the staff is very, very caring. They know your child by name and all the history. They go above and beyond to give all the support you need. There is always a call back, a same day sick appointment. if you end at the emergency room, this is the practice that will give you a call the next day to check on your child status even before you get to call them for a follow up. Doctor Morrison takes care of my child since he was born and we have seven years now as patients. He is the best doctor I could ever ask for.

The nurses are great, the doctors are very informative The only issue I had was that I visited the doctor, and was told that the prescription was sent over to the pharmacy. Pharmacy did not receive it, I call the nurses station and they told me to wait for a call back. I never got a call back, so I called them again, only to be told that I would have to wait until tomorrow, after waiting 40 minutes at the pharmacy. However, I called the next and explained the situation. The nurse in charge was extremely helpful and made it her priority to find out what happened. She went above and beyond and beyond contacting the pharmacy and calling me back to confirm everything went well. I am very thankful and feel like a valued customer. Thank you for all that you do
