dr. bassi and her assistant Ms. Rosi were both great. they worked on all three of my cavities and they worked really fast. she was very thorough and would let me know everything she was doing and would ask me if im okay while working.

This place has been in my opinion one of the worst medical offices I’ve ever been too. Since I started coming here 2 years ago they have been very unprofessional and sometimes unpleasant to deal with. Some are great employees that treat the incoming patients well but since my first cleaning appointment has been an issue they had me send a release form to my doctor because I take certain heart medications and that understanding but my doctors office had to resend the fax on multiple occasions because they claim they didn’t receive it. Then I get my 1st cleaning they then recommended a deep cleaning the process of finally getting it was like 8-9 months because again they need the release and if I am not telling them the exact time and date the office sent the fax they claim it wasn’t sent

Worst front desk experience. The staff was very rude. The office is unclean the floor is filthy. The front desk ladies are selling candy for their kids school (harassing patients) for $2.00 I arrived less than 15 minutes late and was not allowed to keep my appointment. There was also no parking available, which made the situation even more inconvenient. I wasn’t able to speak with the front desk manager the ladies stated she wasn’t there today also I was denied access to speak with the dentist. Due to this experience, I decided to change providers.

I had a great experience with Dr. Bassi. I went in for a filling, and she made me feel very comfortable and explained everything clearly before starting. The procedure was quick and painless, always made sure I was doing okay the entire time. I definitely recommend Dr. Bassi to anyone looking for a good, trustworthy dentist!

I wall in no insurance treat like an animal after the process with blood all aver my mouth they just told me to leave… they just want your money…. Don’t go
