I had such a great experience at Jersey Family Foot and Ankle with Dr. Waltuch. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so kind, welcoming, and professional. The front office staff, especially Suli, went above and beyond to help with my complicated insurance situation and truly looked out for me. Dr. Waltuch was incredibly friendly, personable, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the visit. He clearly knows what he’s doing and casted my orthotics in a quick, efficient, and comfortable way. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend Dr. Waltuch and his team. Thank you so much for the excellent care.

I called this office today at 11:19 AM because I had two missed calls from them earlier at 10:37 AM and 10:38 AM. When the female staff member answered the phone, she was extremely rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. I calmly explained that I was returning their call, and she yelled at me saying, “WELL I DIDN’T CALL YOU AND THERE IS NO ONE HERE!” I told her there was no need to speak to me that way, and that I wasn’t lying about returning a call from their office. Her response and tone toward a patient was disgusting and unacceptable. The level of aggression she showed over a simple call back was shocking. I had already scheduled an appointment this morning for next week, but after being spoken to like that, I no longer feel comfortable or safe going there. I do not want to do business

Dr. Daniel Waltuch is a very good doctor. He’s really friendly, and he loves interacting with is patients. He does great work. I have my whole entire family coming to the office

Best podiatrist I have ever seen. Such a warm, caring person and in todays day and age where doctors barely spend a minute with you, Dr. Waltuch took the time to hear my issues and deal with them so professionally. HIGHLY reccomend!
