La Nueva Mercedes Pharmacy

Insulin not working!!. I eat the same exact thing mostly everyday!. Ever since they switched insulin brand my number has been in 220s and before it was in the 90s. I went to another pharmacy i ate the same thing next day and my number was 98 . New Insulin they have now is NOT good. Now im without insulin waiting for my refill time. The pharmacist sometimes is rude when you tell her something is wrong with the medication. Except Vanessa. Vanessa is the best! And instead of passing the phone to Vanessa to help , the lady in front passed the phone to someone else. Im done with this pharmacy i liked the fact that they deliver but from now on i will get up and get my own medication at a better pharmacy.

The staff is they are so helpful, Vanessa is the best always answer all Of your concerns. Totally recommend this pharmacy.

Blood sugar Test strips are not good in this pharmacy. Took my blood sugar it came out to 98 took it again after 3 seconds and it came out 165 tried it one more time and it was 135 . Will be changing pharmacy because if this. This is very stressful having bad test strips. Second time it happens to me.
