Alden Leifer, MD and Associates

This being my first time here, my experience from checking in thru examination was awesome. Everyone was so nice. I did not wait long i had a 9am appt. The technician Joslyn G was exceptional, she has such a beautiful spirit, she was patient and gentle with those drops, very professional. Dr Leifer was awesome from his greeting, the examination. to his hand shake at the end. He was thorough and explained my eve results with patience and understanding. His assistant Steph was also very nice and made my visit one would absolutely refer to others.

Hi good morning, on 2-10-26 I called the office to adjust my appointment I was met with the most beautiful person on the other side of the phone. her name is Loren she listened to my issue and assisted me. The most important part was she listened to me, so I shared a heart ❤️ with her. I also want people to know I shared about ❤️❤️❤️❤️ in Dr. Leifer office today. This team is Amazing from the receptionist out front, to the techs in the back along with the amazing doctors. When we just treat each with Dignity and Respect and listen you just might hear what someone needs. Mona Bolds.

When you walk into the office the vibe is very good you feel comfortable, all of the staff is very good and helpful. Especially the coordinator Clarisa she’s extremely understanding and takes her time explaining the process and what to expect for the surgery day.

It alway great experience have the best of the team to take care of you before the Doctor come in. I have the best Doctor Leifer, he is patient he time with explaining everything step by step. Before you leave he assure you that all is well and you are in the best of health. I truly thank Him for his outstanding service 👏

Excellent from the front desk to exit ! I walked in with no appointment due to injury to my eye and I waited maybe 5 minutes, was treated and out the office in 15 min! I’m so grateful to your entire staff!!
