Their generosity recently touched our local fire department when they donated Nelson’s chicken to the crew. It wasn’t just a delicious meal, but a heartfelt gesture of appreciation and community support. Acts of kindness like this show how much the facility values not only the residents they care for but also the first responders who serve the community. The food was incredible, and the thoughtfulness behind it meant even more. It’s clear this is an organization that goes above and beyond, both inside their walls and out in the community. Thank you for supporting our firefighters—you’ve made a lasting impression!

I called to ask if my grandma was a resident there—someone I haven’t seen in 9 years and am desperately trying to reconnect with. The woman who answered the phone spoke to me with a nasty tone, zero empathy, and acted like I was bothering her. She didn’t even say goodbye—just hung up on me. This was an emotional call for me, and to be treated like that while trying to find my sick grandmother is absolutely disgusting. If this is how they treat family members over the phone, I can only imagine the lack of compassion shown to the residents inside. Do better.

My mom was in the dementia wing. I absolutely loved the staff here. They treated mom as if she were their own family members. Every time I would come up to visit my mom or take her out for the day, the staff was always delightful. They were always nice, laughing with me and sharing stories of my mom with me. Kept me updated with anything that was going on with mom with what makes her happy or what what making her said. Liz and the team their were top-notch and very personal with their work and duties. I do not remember the nurse name it was a male nurse who helped me when my mom passed away. He prayed with me and gave me comfort in this time. At the funeral, moms good friend and Liz were able to attend. Liz brought pictures of the happy times, which helped our family get through this. We

The staff have been so friendly and helpful as I am new to facility. Staff have treated residents so nice. Residents say they are happy and the food is great. Very clean and odor free. They do a great job using CARE values.

I am so thankful for the care my loved one received at West Bend. Everyone was so nice & I appreciate ALL THE STAFF for everything they did. God Bless You All!
