South Bend Family Dentistry

My experience was absolutely wonderful despite my coming in there in a tremendous amount of pain! I was able to book and get in within and hour and have 2 painful teeth extracted. Dr. McCleod was very friendly, engaging, and extremely professional. He and their staff explained the process thoroughly and I feel as though they were very empathetic to my fear of more pain. He made sure that I felt absolutely little discomfort as possible. I strongly recommend this business and am indeed a new client!

I had good experiences with SBFD until recently. A few months ago the doctor found a cavity. He told me that while he was filling the one he would fill two other smaller ones. The filling in the small cavity fell out the very same day they put it in, so now I had a big hole that they had drilled to deal with a small cavity that didn’t really need to be filled. I went back in to get the cavity filled. Again, two days and the the filling was out again. This happened right before Christmas. I waited until after the holiday To call. When the girl answered the phone, she said that nobody would be in the office for several weeks! I ended up going to Aspen Dental. They fixed the problem AND they corrected the rough spots on the other filling (the actual cavity) that was done at SBFD. I had to,

If there were 10 stars available I would give 10 stars! I never thought I could go into a dentist office and say I've had fun but this office has changed my mind on that ! Dr. McLeod is a great dentist and the whole staff is friendly and accommodating! This was a perfect find for me! This was only my second appointment for a cleaning. I ended up having to have something else done and they did it the same day so that I would not have any issues for the Thanksgiving holiday. I highly recommend this office! 💕

Extremely friendly staff, the doctors have a great sense of humor and everyone makes you feel very comfortable while you're there. I am thankful I found this wonderful dentist group. It all started out when I first moved to South Bend and I needed to find a dentist to help me with a cracked tooth; they got me in within a day to assess me and help me get a crown ASAP.

I have been a patient at South Bend Family Dentistry for 16 years, ever since Dr. Mai took over the practice. They have always been great to me and my mouth. Both my husband and I have had extensive cosmetic and restorative work done by Dr. Mai and it has been superb. The procedures and after care were top notch. I visit them from all the way across town because of the quality of care and expertise they provide. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
