The best customer service in the business! Always prompt and polite!

Genoa has always been on top of orders for me. Since their new location, they've stepped it up with the personal touch to their service. Reminds me of a small town pharmacy before big box crept in. They know your name and meds and always have a patient smile on visits. And I've even had a tech deliver my meds on his way home from work because he knew my schedule was going to be chaotic. I do wish there were 1 or 2 hours on 1 or 2 evenings and a weekend window. Still 5 stars because of the friendly and knowledgeable staff.

My experience with Genou Pharmacy Healthcare has been consistently disappointing. Despite claims of quick service, I have encountered repeated delays and issues nearly every time I attempt to fill a prescription. The staff's communication often comes across as dismissive, at times treating customers with an air of suspicion rather than support. Additionally, there seems to be an ongoing issue with prescriptions being incomplete or unavailable. For a healthcare provider, this level of inconsistency and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. This is my experience from Southbend Indiana Pharmacy

They very rarely ever get the order correct. It's ALWAYS something that is not correct.

Both Genoa and Oaklawn seem to have moved out of the main building, into the smaller one next doorman that used to have councelers in it, and Genoa is now on the ground floor. Oaklawn, which I believe owns Genoa, did me dirty because they canceled everyone's appointments (I got a robocall saying I needed to reschedual) and I haven't gotten around to it, but Genoa has always been good to me.
